Shipping is 1-3 business days Priority Mail. Orders will ship Monday-Friday. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or Holidays.

If you just placed an order, please email us right away to contact@mintcloudz.com with your order number and the requested address change. Once your order is in process, we have a small window of time where we can update your address before it heads to our shipping department.

Mint Cloudz does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for any kind. All sales are final.

Once an order has been confirmed at checkout, it starts processing for shipment and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
